Services
- Counsel regarding complex laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, wage and hour laws, discrimination, sexual harassment laws and government audits
- Workforce training in good management practices, hiring and firing, workplace sensitivity/anti-harassment issues, and workplace safety
- Drafting and reviewing employment policies and handbooks, as well as key documents, including non-competition and employee agreements
- Representation in all phases of employment-related litigation and ADR, from discrimination lawsuits to litigating the validity of non-competition agreements
- Counsel with respect to union organizing issues
- Representation in union negotiations and arbitration and unfair practice proceedings
- Worker's compensation and unemployment compensation matters
- Preventing workforce problems through implementing good employment policies
