Attorney Steve Zach of Boardman represented the City of Madison in a case involving a man who sued the city for prohibiting him from patronizing a State Street restaurant with his dog. U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb ruled that the plaintiff, Stephen Bottila, had not presented enough evidence to prove he qualified as disabled, or that his dog was a service animal, under the federal Americans with Disabilities Act.
