Municipal & Business Litigation • Land Use Law
Mark practices litigation in a variety of areas, with an emphasis on condemnation (eminent domain), land use, zoning, and municipal law. He is a frequent guest speaker on issues involving condemnation, zoning, and municipal. Mark represents both municipalities and land owners in condemnation and land use matters.
