Business & Dealership Law

Paul has more than 35 years of experience in commercial litigation and business transactions. He represents retail automobile and truck dealers in franchise disputes with their manufacturers and in business transactions involving the buying and selling of dealership assets or stock. He also represent clients in other industries in commercial disputes involving contract, business tort and antitrust issues. Paul is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Sixth and Seventh Circuits, several United States District Courts and all Wisconsin trial and appellate courts. His current clients include the National Automobile Dealers Association, the Wisconsin Automobile & Truck Dealers Association, the Freightliner National Dealer Council and the Mack National Dealer Council.
