Rhonda has a varied practice. She frequently represents individuals in family law and education matters, but also advises Wisconsin's municipal electric utilities in regulatory proceedings.

For more than ten years, she has represented clients in all areas of family law, including financial issues and child custody and placement matters. She has negotiated property and placement agreements and conducted court trials and appeals. Rhonda is adept at collaborative family law, where the focus is on helping parties reach agreements and avoid litigation. She has advanced training in mediation and will serve as a mediator to facilitate agreements. She also works with clients on issues involving special education.

In addition to her focus on family and special education law, Rhonda represents muncipal utilities in administrative and court proceedings, including electric rate cases and territorial disputes. Municipal energy law has been a substantive part of her practice for more than a decade.
